“聚天下英才而用之”，為更好地幫助外籍專家教師了解中國永久居留政策，11月21日下午三點，由深圳市出入境管理局及深圳市移民事務服務廳-國際人才服務中心（以下稱“服務中心”）在中國科學院深圳先進技術研究院，為招聘外籍博士的近百名外籍專家、教師、博士后舉辦中國永久居留政策宣講會。

宣講會上來自深圳市出入境管理局的警官及該服務中心的資深國際人才顧問Olivia共同解讀中國永久居留最新政策，重點介紹了永久居留證的好處、申請條件、申請材料、申請流程、注意事項等，并開展了現場咨詢。一位來自德國的外籍教師表示，她在深圳生活5年，已經將深圳當作了她第二個故鄉，這次的講座讓她對永居的申請有了更深入的了解，希望能長期留在深圳工作和生活。

據悉，服務中心由深圳市委組織部指導、深圳市出入境管理局及深圳市人才集團所屬外服集團具體落實的一站式全場景國際人才移民融入服務中心，旨在幫助來自世界各地的國際人才更好地融入中國，為他們在華在深工作生活提供更多便利。該服務中心位于深圳市羅湖區解放路4016號出入境管理局行政服務大廳18、19號窗口。配備精通中英雙語的專業咨詢顧問，能為來訪外籍人士提供永久居留、工作許可、居留許可、簽證、公證、國外無犯罪證明、中國駐外領館認證（如美國、加拿大、澳大利亞、英國等20多國）、國外駐華領館認證、人力資源、翻譯、駕照換領、醫療、商業保險、子女教育、租房等近百余項涉及外國人相關事務的咨詢及辦理服務。

A foreign teacher from Germany said that she has lived in Shenzhen for many years which she referred as her second hometown. The seminar hosted by the Service centre granted her a deeper understanding of the application for permanent residency as well as an expectation for staying in Shenzhen for a longer term.
